The Natural Lifestyle
The Natural Lifestyles Ltd. is an Australian company that specializes in lifestyle and relationships. They are an invaluable part of the world’s dating community and ever growing force in transforming social lives of men on all continents.
Research
Their existing website was more of a template kind that majority of dating coaches had at the time (and most of them still do unfortunately). As usuall, they wanted everything above the fold. Too many information for an average user. Big mistake. But their primary goal was to have an online presence that will differentiate them from the competition since their teachings were already taking new heights in that world.
Upon our extensive research of their competition and understanding of everything they envisioned, we started creating a completely new website with various features.
Interviews & Survey
With more than 10 years of experience, and over 500 participants passed through their workshops, most of them were eager to participate in email surveys. On the other hand, 10 of them participated in direct interviews.
In this section, we will focus on some interesting data and those that are available to the public. If we take a look on the numbers of subscribers on the youtube channell, or some other social media, and the number of emails in the database .
These results were not surprising considering the nature of the content that TNL distributes to its users, and if we compare it with survey results, that also support these numbers.
User Representative
When we go through all the data we collected, which are based on the statistics of the YouTube channel, the information we collected through inquiry forms, google analitycs etc, we come to conclusion who is our average user, and we are already know that he likes video content.
Creating Wireframe
From everything seen, when we started with creating a vireframe, we took into consideration that the landing page must contain VSL (video sales letter) and that it is best way to control the story that we want to present to our users is to use the snap scroll effect.
First screen (landing page) also contains lead capture element, especially if we take a look into data, and we see that a large number of leads have the highest conversion through the email channel.
User Flow
Based on previous experience and data, we decided to use this user flow path, which you can see below the text.
We realized that with the story presented on the landing page, this is the right way to collect new leads, and make the conversion and sales as high as possible.
Conclusion
Over 3 years of close cooperation with entire TNL crew, we all shared and enjoyed an immense sense of team success. I was tremendously satisfied how far along we have come with this industry community that we may have not understood that well at the beginning.
Below you will find the UI final solution that we came up with. I must note that this is a just a part of the project that is presented here that have been done for their needs, as this is a big and complex project.
